VOC & REDUCED SULFUR TESTING

Evaluating reduction of volatile organics and sulfur compounds, the source of many offensive odors and but also many hazardous ‘un-smelled’ gas molecules, requires precise measurement and strict lab protocols. Many gases will adsorb onto glass and the test coupons themselves, so all tests are against identical controls. Performance of the OxiTitan coated surfaces (fabric, aluminum) ranged depending on saturation levels from 60% to 99% reduction, all with just typical interior lighting and critically, with no air movement to present more contact. EcoActive Surfaces has constantly improved the antimicrobial performance of its OxiTitan products since independent testing was begun and the current versions meet or exceed the results illustrated below.
